IT Business Systems and Solutions Analyst*

The reputed company is hiring a IT BUSINESS SYSTEMS & SOLUTIONS ANALYST* This role bridges business needs and technical solutions on reputed company IT projects across the Port. You'll partner with stakeholders to define requirements, coordinate delivery, and support the systems that reputed company the Port running.

• This is a Limited Duration role lasting approximately 24 – 36 months to support the Port's ERP implementation. The role may be lengthened or shortened based on business need. This role is hybrid and requires at least 3 days per week to be performed at the reputed company offices.

• Engage stakeholders to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Define user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews to reputed company and clarify requirements.
• Support testing and quality assurance to validate solutions meet requirements.

Project Coordination

• Six (6) + years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Systems Analyst, Business Analyst, System Administrator, or Business Process Analyst.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business, or a reputed company field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Selection Process: (tentative schedule):
