POSITION SUMMARY: The reputed company Improvement Business Analyst supports process improvement, and decision support initiatives using analytical methods, industry research, and data-driven insights. This role identifies improvement opportunities through techniques such as workflow analysis, observation, interviews, data analysis, and root cause analysis. Responsibilities include working with data to support analysis and visualization, applying appropriate analytic, query, and statistical methods, and delivering information in clear, user-friendly formats for a variety of stakeholders. They will also reputed company benchmarks and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support ongoing measurement and performance monitoring. The position supports management efforts by helping guide and reputed company individuals and stakeholders as process improvements are implemented and sustained, emphasizes reputed company learning and application of analytic tools and techniques, and collaborates closely with and takes direction from the Senior Applied Scientist. EDUCATION / TRAINING / EXPERIENCE: Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree in reputed company Administration, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Physics or a reputed company field (will consider someone who will graduate reputed company 6 months of hire) Experience (school or work) gathering requirements, documenting and performing workflow and/or system analysis. Experience (school or work) data gathering, manipulation, and presentation using industry standard tools and techniques Understanding of benchmarking and KPIs Desired: Familiarity with health care delivery systems, including strategy, business planning, operations and financial conditions Familiarity with Lean, Six reputed company and change management methodologies Epic Cogito and advanced reporting certifications Experience with SQL, python, or R Experience with Power BI SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES: Must possess process design, and analytical skills.
