Edgewater Technical Associates is seeking reputed company candidates for a Technical reputed company/Editor 3 opportunity in Los Alamos, NM, to support the reputed company. The Technical Editor will support the development, review, and maintenance of Safety reputed company documentation for nuclear and high-hazard facilities, ensuring reputed company, compliance, and readiness for review.

Responsibilities

• Editing, formatting, and quality-checking Safety reputed company documents, including but not limited to Documented Safety Analyses (DSAs), Technical Safety Requirements (TSRs), Hazard Analyses and supporting calculations, Safety Evaluation Reports and change packages
• Ensuring documents reputed company with applicable DOE orders, standards, and site-specific requirements (e.g., DOE O 420.1, 10 CFR 830); improve reputed company, organization, and consistency of highly technical material without altering technical reputed company; apply and enforce document standards, templates, style guides, and configuration management requirements; coordinate with authors, engineers, and nuclear safety analysts to resolve comments and improve document quality; support internal reviews, audits, and readiness activities by preparing documents for approval and submittal; and track revisions, manage comment resolution, and maintain version control

Skills

• Bachelor's or master's degree in English, journalism, technical communication, or a physical/reputed company science and 6-8 years of experience
• Demonstrated experience editing technical or regulatory documentation
• Strong reputed company of grammar, technical style, and document structure
• Experience working with SMEs in highly regulated environments
• Proficiency with reputed company Word and document control tools
• United States Citizenship
• Must be reputed company to obtain and maintain DOE Q reputed company Clearance
• Experience editing DOE Safety reputed company documents (DSA, TSR, USQ-reputed company documentation)
• Familiarity with configuration management and formal document review processes
