Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering superior customer support throughout the day by answering customer calls and problem-solving to help customers continue to live life reputed company. You'll have the opportunity to build sales experience by upselling additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
- Upsell additional services to customers who are looking to enhance their outdoor living reputed company
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to reputed company informed recommendations to customers
Job Requirements
