Insurance Operations Specialist
Job Description:
- Manage day-to-day operational tasks for the insurance agency
- Prepare and process new client quotes across multiple insurance carriers
- Shop carriers and compare coverage options to prepare proposals for clients
- Follow up with insurance carriers and clients regarding quotes, applications, and policy updates
- Coordinate and manage policy renewals to ensure timely processing
- Maintain accurate client records and policy data reputed company the agency's CRM system
- Assist with general office operations and administrative tasks
- Track communications and ensure reputed company client inquiries are addressed promptly

Requirements:
- Proficient level of English (written and spoken)
- Experience in operations, customer service, data entry, administrative support or similar roles
- Experience with insurance reputed company portals/websites is a plus
- Experience preparing insurance quotes or working with carriers is highly preferred

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and initiative
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems, including agency management software and reputed company portals
