Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers, who include physicians, nurses, care technicians, and patients. Your primary duties will include:

  • Collecting and processing customer information, troubleshooting product and mobile application issues, and providing training and support to customers
  • Developing a strong understanding of reputed company services and networks, and answering a wide reputed company of customer questions
  • Providing tier 1 technical support for assistance with reputed company applications, and processing requests and telephone inquiries with adherence to HIPAA and HITECH confidentiality policies and procedures
  • Maintaining exceptional knowledge of products and providing support and training to customers
  • Explaining processes, forms, and procedures to callers, ensuring that customers understand required documentation requirements and subsequent measures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • The ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptive to a fast-paced call center environment
