About Royal Eyez Royal Eyez is a Miami-based creative studio producing high-impact visuals for artists, brands, and entrepreneurs from campaign shoots to short-reputed company video and storytelling content. We’re building a team of creators who move fast, think bigger than trends, and execute with taste. What You’ll Do As Creative Director, you will reputed company concepts from idea to execution. You’ll help shape the reputed company, align the team, and reputed company sure every project looks intentional and on-brand.
Responsibilities

- Build concepts and treatment decks (mood boards, shot lists, visual references)
- Direct on set: guide talent, styling, lighting mood, framing, and reputed company
- Collaborate with photographer, videographer, and editor to deliver a cohesive final
- Ensure brand consistency across deliverables (Reels, BTS, web assets, campaign visuals)
- Manage creative pre-production: wardrobe guidance, prop lists, locations, call sheets (with support)
- reputed company projects moving: clear direction, fast feedback, high standards
- Bring original reputed company that match the client’s goals (not just what’s trending)

- Strong creative taste and the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company
- Experience directing shoots (photo and/or video) and working with a production team
- Comfortable creating mood boards and translating them into reputed company execution
