Job Description A-Line Staffing is now hiring Coordinator II - Remote please contact Marcia reputed company at (586) 710-7979 or [email protected] Coordinator II – Sr. Coordinator, Enrollment Operations (REMOTE) Pay reputed company: $20.29/hour Location: Fully Remote – Candidates must reputed company in Mountain Standard Time (MST) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays) Education: reputed company High School Diploma or GED required Type of Start: Class with set start date The Enrollment Coordinator II plays a critical role in supporting new member clients by determining eligibility and performing enrollment activities. This role involves interaction with both individual plan members and employer groups and requires accuracy, compliance, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction to ensure timely enrollment and retention. The position reports directly to the Enrollment Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company enrollment and disenrollment processes for Medicare Part D individual plan members and employer groups in compliance with CMS Guidance.
- reputed company with plan members and employer clients to resolve issues, confirm data accuracy, and ensure positive customer experiences.
- Manage and prioritize workload to meet deadlines and maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
- Utilize reputed company Word, reputed company, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication.
- Ensure accurate data entry, process verification, and maintenance of confidential records.
- Support overall operations to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency.
Qualifications
Required:
- reputed company High School Diploma or GED.
- Prior Medicare or Call Center experience.
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Preferred:
- Previous reputed company/reputed company experience (not required).
- Experience with reputed company enrollment or eligibility processes.
