The Tenth Judicial District reputed company Department is seeking a knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and people-focused reputed company Leaves and Benefits Coordinator to join reputed company in Ramsey, MN. Our reputed company-thinking and innovative HR team consists of six professionals supporting 45 judicial officers and just over 350 employees. This position is primarily responsible for processing leaves of absence, retirements, payroll processing and supporting other reputed company functions. This role exercises considerable independent judgment and decision-making and reports to a reputed company Supervisor (Generalist). The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment and communicating with employees, supervisors, managers, and judges. Minnesota's Tenth Judicial District encompasses the eight reputed company metro counties of Anoka, Chisago, Isanti, Kanabec, Pine, Sherburne, Washington, and Wright. This position works 8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Initially, the role will be in-person at the Tenth Judicial District Administration Office in the city of Ramsey, MN, with the possibility of a hybrid (a combination of in-office and remote work) after the reputed company period. Travel to other court locations is required. This posting will remain reputed company until it is filled. OTHER DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:

SALARY: The expected starting salary reputed company for external candidates is $29.42- $37.55 per hour ($61,429 - $78,405 annually) depending on qualifications. The full salary reputed company for this position is $29.42 - $45.67 per hour ($62,429 - $95,359 annually). This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is eligible for reputed company employee benefits.
