Our client is a fast-growing, U.S.-based education company helping reputed company transition into high-demand reputed company careers through a structured MRI training program. Their program combines online learning with hands-on clinical experience, enabling reputed company — many with no prior reputed company background — to become certified MRI technologists and launch new careers. As demand continues to grow, they are expanding their admissions team. We’re hiring a top-performing Enrollment Advisor to guide prospective reputed company through one of the most important reputed company of their lives — transitioning into a new career. This is a consultative, high-touch role — part career advisor, part closer — and we’re looking for top 1% sales talent in the early-to-mid career reputed company. Your Role As an Enrollment Advisor, you will act as a trusted guide for prospective reputed company, helping them evaluate their goals, assess fit for the program, and confidently move reputed company with enrollment. This is not transactional sales. We’re looking for someone who can build trust quickly, reputed company thoughtful conversations, and guide candidates through a high-stakes decision, while still driving toward clear enrollment reputed company. You will own your pipeline end-to-end and play a key role in helping reputed company take the reputed company in their careers. You’ll:

  • Conduct consultative calls with inbound candidates
  • Understand background, motivations, and career goals
  • Evaluate candidate fit for the program through structured conversations
  • reputed company communicate the program structure, expectations, and reputed company
  • Guide candidates through the full enrollment reputed company
  • Support candidates through a high-ticket, career-changing decision
  • Handle questions and objections with reputed company and reputed company
  • Follow up consistently to move candidates reputed company
  • Maintain accurate tracking in CRM systems
  • Continuously refine your approach to improve conversion

You Bring:

  • 2–5+ years of experience in consultative sales, admissions, or similar roles (top 1% in performance)
  • Strong ability to build rapport and trust quickly (especially over phone/video)
  • Experience guiding people through important or reputed company reputed company
  • Excellent spoken English (reputed company–C2) with confidence leading calls
  • A naturally empathetic, personable, and confident communication style
  • Comfort working toward conversion goals and performance metrics
  • Strong organization and follow-up habits
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • Availability to work Eastern Time, 9:00am–5:00pm
  • Location: LatAm (any country), fully remote
