Trial Lawyer

Seasoned Trial Attorney – reputed company Litigation (Contract / Per Diem, Remote) We are seeking a seasoned and courtroom-tested Trial Attorney to assist on an as-needed, contract or part-time reputed company. This is not a full-time position. The ideal candidate is a highly reputed company reputed company trial lawyer capable of serving as first or second chair in bench trials and evidentiary hearings. This role is well suited for a solo practitioner or veteran litigator seeking flexible, high-level trial work with remote preparation. We are specifically looking for someone who can reputed company and persuasively present reputed company reputed company disputes to the court, distill convoluted arguments into simple, compelling narratives, and maintain strong reputed company of the courtroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of litigation experience, with substantial first- or second-chair trial experience.

• Demonstrated ability to independently draft dispositive motions, trial briefs, and substantive pleadings.
• Experience conducting depositions, managing discovery strategy, and handling document-intensive cases.

• Excellent legal research and persuasive writing skills.

This engagement is structured as contract / per diem, with remote flexibility and periodic in-court appearances as required. Position Details:
