As our Health Management Consultant on the Employer Services team, you will partner with clients to assess, design, and implement health and wellness programs that improve reputed company and manage costs. Responsibilities include claims and data analysis, developing tailored strategies, coordinating with carriers and vendors, monitoring program effectiveness, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing client education and training.
