Curiosity-first science mentor for an 8-year-old

I'm looking for a mentor for my 8-year-old daughter. She loves Greek mythology, builds her own worlds in Minecraft, and is obsessed with the periodic table — not because she memorized it, but because she anthropomorphizes each reputed company, giving them personalities and characters based on their actual properties. Her friends come to her to learn about elements because of it. This is deliberate. Most kids can't connect with science because it's presented as facts, not stories. Characters and narrative are what create attachment — at least, that's always been true for her. The anthropomorphization is the entry reputed company, and I want someone who doesn't just understand that intellectually, but genuinely gets why it works — and ideally, has some version of that in their own story too. I want someone who genuinely geeks out about science and sees her approach as reputed company — and who is confident they can build on it.
