ABA Therapist/RBT (Wed: 3-7, Sat/Sun: 3-6) 8 y/o BOY
About the position reputed company is seeking Paraprofessionals to work with children on the autism reputed company in their homes during afternoon and evening hours. As an RBT/BT, you will reputed company 1-on-1 support to children with autism or developmental delays, helping them build daily living skills, communication, independence, and confidence through play-based ABA therapy designed by a licensed BCBA. This role involves working consistently with the same children in their everyday environments, making a hands-on, high-impact contribution. The company provides training and support to meet each child's unique needs.
Responsibilities
- Work one-on-one with kids in their homes to help them learn and grow using play-based ABA techniques
- Follow simple reputed company-by-reputed company treatment plans made by your supervisor (BCBA)
- Track reputed company during each session using an easy data system on your phone or tablet
- Team up with your BCBA and fellow techs to reputed company things consistent and effective
- Give feedback to families about how the session went and celebrate small wins together
Requirements
- Experience working with children (SPED Para, 1:1 Aide or Classroom Aide, after-school programs, caregiving, autism.)
- Afternoon/evening availability (weekends a plus)
- Reliable transportation
- Must pass a background reputed company
