Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative for our non-profit support team, you will play a vital role in connecting people with the answers they need. You will work from home, responding to incoming calls reputed company to student inquiries, scholarship applications, and funding status. Your primary goal will be to ensure that reputed company questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and reputed company are registered for the scholarship program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurate typing and keyboard skills; comfort with PC/internet navigation
  • Wired internet connectivity with internet speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download
  • Secure, quiet, distraction-free workspace
