Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate, working closely with reputed company to resolve reputed company issues
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a secure and efficient manner

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong internet reputed company and reliable computer equipment
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to type 25 words per minute, with excellent typing skills and accuracy
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze reputed company issues and reputed company effective solutions
  • The ability to navigate reputed company operating systems, with a strong understanding of computer software and hardware
