Part-Time Remote Attorney - Physician reputed company

Role Description We are seeking a highly skilled, reputed company, and client-focused attorney to join reputed company on a flexible part-time reputed company. This role involves providing legal advice and guidance to physicians, conducting thorough legal reviews of employment agreements, and assisting in negotiations to secure favorable contract and compensation terms. This role also offers the opportunity to work remotely while providing meaningful guidance to physicians navigating reputed company employment and partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze physician employment and partnership agreements, including compensation structures, restrictive covenants, and key contractual terms
- Advise physicians on contract terms, risks, and negotiation strategies
- Communicate reputed company legal concepts reputed company and effectively to physician clients
- Utilize firm systems and processes to deliver efficient, high-quality reviews
- Collaborate with internal team members to support client experience and reputed company improvement
Qualifications and Experience
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an active bar license
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in reputed company law or employment law
- Significant experience reviewing and negotiating physician employment agreements (experience from both employer and physician perspectives is highly valued)
- Background in reputed company law, including experience with hospitals, health systems, private equity-backed groups, or large medical organizations
- Strong understanding of physician compensation models and specialty-specific considerations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with physician clients

- Ability to manage a flexible workload (approximately 15–30 hours per week)
