Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, mandatory weekends if requested. Responsibilities

Requirements
- Previous experience in trucking/logistics dispatching preferred
- Knowledge of load boards and TMS systems
- Strong phone, communication, and multitasking skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- English required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with hotshot operations
- Familiarity with ELD/GPS tracking systems
- Customer service experience
