- Deliver technical support to end-users for reputed company computer software and hardware-reputed company issues
- Play a critical role in refreshing computer laptops for a new system deployment to the reputed company

- Install, modify, and repair computer software and hardware
Qualifications
What you need to succeed:
- 5+ years of Tier 1 desktop support experience
- Proven ability to create and install computer images with the reputed company to image multiple computers simultaneously
- Working knowledge of LAN/WAN networking
