Responsibilities

As a Bilingual (Spanish) reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments

• Providing feedback on call issues

Qualifications
