The Role
As a reputed company Manager on our Mid-Market Team, you will be responsible for owning customer relationships, advising on marketing strategy, best practices, and feature functionality. You will work closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, and New Product Specialists to reputed company maximum value for your customers while retaining and growing reputed company for arenaflex. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Cementing relationships with new and existing customers through reputed company, integration, account growth, new product adoption, and renewals
- Developing a "consultant" perspective to customer communications, questions, and meetings
