The professional will conduct virtual therapy sessions reputed company video calls and chats, focusing on individual counseling, couples therapy, family therapy, and other appropriate mental health services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing psychological assessments, creating individualized treatment plans, and utilizing evidence-based methods to support client reputed company. Collaboration with a global team of mental health professionals and maintaining accurate client records will also be essential aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Psychology and Psychological Assessment
- Proficiency in Counseling and supporting individuals with Mental Health needs
- Understanding and application of Medicine as it pertains to psychological treatment
- Licensed or certified therapist, psychologist, or counselor credentials in your relevant country
- Experience with client-centered and evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Strong communication, active listening, and reputed company skills
- Comfort with using technology for virtual therapy sessions and maintaining digital documentation
- Experience with culturally sensitive counseling and knowledge of additional languages is a plus
