Job Summary
As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for connecting clients with interpreters over the phone, handling high-volume calls with ease, and providing exceptional customer service. If you're a night owl with a passion for communication and a knack for problem-solving, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities
* Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone
