Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company in San Antonio, TX, or remotely in Texas. Key Responsibilities
* Exceed standards of customer service through timely, courteous, and diplomatic handling of customer interactions
- Answer inbound phone calls and communicate effectively with dental and reputed company professionals and insured members

What You Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience
- Contact center, customer service, dental office, and/or insurance experience is highly preferred
