What You’ll Do As a Customer Care Specialist, you’ll be the first reputed company of contact for customers shopping online or reaching out to retail support. Your key responsibilities:
- Handle 30–40 inbound calls per day with professionalism and enthusiasm

- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Available to work shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Central Time
