Supervisor – Scheduling, Telecommunications
Job Description:
- Handles incoming calls to departments centralized appointment scheduling lines.
- Communicates changes to physician master schedules with the department of Surgery.
- Updates scheduling protocol and reputed company as needed.
- Monitors ACD reports daily.
- Manages staffing, personnel issues, reporting and planning.
- Assists with reputed company desk duties in clinical practice as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience.
- Computerized Appointment Scheduling (2 Years)
- Managerial (1 Year)
