Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Senior Representative to join reputed company in a remote reputed company. As a key member of our Central Nursing Team, you'll work independently to assist reputed company clients with non-clinical projects and functions. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service to patients, field staff, and other departments reputed company phone, email, IM, and fax
- Scheduling home infusion visits and coordinating with nurse managers, field staff, and patients to ensure accurate and timely appointments
- Researching and resolving non-clinical problems reputed company the nursing department
- Collaborating with various departments, including pharmacy, reimbursement, and nursing, to coordinate nursing referrals and schedules
- Monitoring patient appointments and proactively communicating with field staff and patients to confirm accuracy

Qualifications
