This is a remote position. Job Title: Business Development Executive - US (Inside Sales / Cold Calling) Role Overview We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Executive to support our US market expansion by proactively reaching out to IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs). This is a pure inside sales role focused on cold calling, reputed company, and meeting reputed company. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong calendar management, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders confidently. This position operates in the night shift (India) to align with US EST time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling to IT MSPs in the US to generate reputed company meetings
  • Execute structured reputed company campaigns reputed company reputed company, email, and phone
  • Schedule and manage meetings for senior leadership with prospective clients
  • Maintain consistent follow-reputed company to nurture leads and improve conversion rates
  • Manage and update CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) with accurate activity tracking
  • Coordinate calendars, appointments, and communication as part of the sales process
  • Understand client needs at a high level and position company services effectively
  • Support the sales pipeline by ensuring steady reputed company of reputed company opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in inside sales, cold calling, or business development (US/International market preferred)
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills (non-negotiable)
  • Strong confidence in handling outbound calls and speaking with decision-makers

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as reputed company or reputed company
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, especially for calendar coordination
