Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist for voice and chat account, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inquiries and complaints from customers reputed company voice calls and/or chat, ensuring that reputed company interactions are handled in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing reputed company, courteous, and professional service to reputed company clients, addressing their concerns and resolving issues reputed company.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate department, ensuring that reputed company clients receive the support they need.
  • Maintaining accurate records of reputed company client interactions and transactions, using our customer support software to track and analyze data.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • reputed company Speaker level proficiency in Filipino and English, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer support role, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
