Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients' customers. You'll be the go-to person for customers seeking support with their streaming services, providing solutions to resolve billing issues, troubleshoot errors and concerns, and guide customers to the products and services that will best meet their entertainment needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in streaming support to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve billing concerns, and reputed company product recommendations
• Build rapport with customers through active listening and empathetic communication

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a reputed company field an asset

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service and sales, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• Experience with streaming services and devices, including operating systems, routers, and other home networking terminology
