Schedule & Compensation
Our Customer Service Representatives work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a competitive hourly reputed company starting at $22 per hour and regular wage increases. Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Fielding calls from customers and resolving issues reputed company to service or billing in a timely and professional manner
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of arenaflex's business and services to effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns
- Working collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer disputes and improve customer satisfaction
- Effectively communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to gather information, resolve issues, and promote arenaflex's products and services
- Adjusting complaints concerning billing or service rendered, referring complaints of service failures to designated departments for investigation
- Interviewing customers, recording interview information into computer systems, and soliciting sales of new or additional services
- Filling out contract forms, determining charges for service requested, collecting deposits, preparing change of address records, and issuing discontinuance orders
- Demonstrating effective use of software applications, including reputed company and reputed company, and other proprietary operational systems
- Delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, cooperative, and high-call-volume environment
