Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments as needed
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve them reputed company necessary
• Helping explain contract details to customers
