Job Description:

- Manage candidate pipelines from reputed company through placement

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clinicians
- Communicate consistently with candidates throughout the placement process
- Maintain organized tracking of candidate pipelines and submissions
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of recent Travel Nurse or Allied reputed company reputed company experience preferred.
- Demonstrated reputed company placing clinicians into travel or contract roles
- Experience working with VMS/MSP platforms or reputed company staffing clients
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company requisitions independently
- Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a remote environment
