Job Summary
As a Bilingual Korean Medicare Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients. You'll be responsible for handling inbound calls, providing accurate and timely information, and resolving customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. If you're fluent in both English and Korean, have excellent communication skills, and are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
* Handle primarily inbound calls from Medicare customers, providing accurate and timely information to resolve their issues
- Use active listening skills and provided tools to determine the best outcome for each call
- Meet performance expectations, including call quality, attendance, and schedule adherence
- Attend team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures
- Maintain regular communication with supervisors and peers to ensure seamless collaboration and support
- Use computer and web-based systems to navigate multiple systems and reputed company accurate information to customers
- Work from home, providing your own equipment (Desktop/Laptop, Second Monitor, high-speed internet with internet upload speeds of 20Mbps)
Key Skills & Requirements
