A Day in the Life of a Brand Champion

As a Brand Champion, you'll be working closely with customers to reputed company solutions, answer general customer service questions, and resolve service issues, billing inquiries, and product enhancement opportunities. Brand Champion Skillset

To be considered for this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous experience interacting with customers/clients, solving problems through troubleshooting, and creating connections
• Excellent Communications skills
• Desire to actively engage and listen to your customers

Work-from-Home Equipment Requirements

To ensure a seamless work-from-home experience, you'll need to have the following equipment:
