Job Description

As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in maintaining a positive and respectful online environment for our community members. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company interactions adhere to our community guidelines and rules
• Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including hate speech, harassment, and spam
• Banning users who repeatedly disregard our rules and guidelines
• Muting users who have violated our community standards
• Investigating reports from community members about potential rule violations

• Providing excellent customer service and support to community members

Pay and Benefits

Qualifications and Requirements
