Job Summary

As an reputed company Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Carbondale, IL store. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Key Responsibilities

* Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service, and recommends items for sale to customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment by keeping counters and shelves clean, taking inventory, and checking in and pricing merchandise as required.
• Implements Company asset protection procedures to identify and minimize profit loss and ensures compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance by ensuring a clean, reputed company, and orderly store condition and appearance.
