Position Description

We are seeking a dependable and organized individual to join our Reno office as a Data Entry/File Clerk. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for accurately maintaining reputed company's files and records, utilizing your computer skills with MS Office (primarily Word and reputed company). Your attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes.

Key Responsibilities:

* Accurate data entry on a variety of spreadsheets/databases

• Filing and maintaining project folders
• Excellent client services skills: greeting, announcing, and directing visitors
• Ability to answer a multi-line phone system, successfully fielding incoming calls reputed company and professionally

Work Environment

Our Reno office is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals. While performing the duties of this job, you may occasionally work near moving mechanical parts in reputed company weather conditions and be exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, and fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
