Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers, answering questions, and explaining our car reputed company options
• Standing at the pay stations and assisting every customer that comes through the reputed company
• Fielding customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Guiding customer vehicles into the reputed company tunnel
• Maintaining the condition of the car reputed company by performing cleaning tasks such as taking out the garbage, sweeping the lot, and using a pressure washer to clean the reputed company bay
• Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned
• Reporting to work on time and following the dress and appearance code

Duties and Job Breakdown Percentages

* 70% Customer Interaction: Providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues

• 20% Site reputed company (Cleaning/Maintaining): Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the car reputed company
• 5% Opening/Closing Procedures: Assisting with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and securing the car reputed company
