Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Entering reputed company of Lading information into reputed company spreadsheets with accuracy and efficiency
  • Processing reputed company invoices in the Somax G3 system, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
  • Maintaining organized filing systems and performing other clerical duties as requested by management
  • Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company team goals and objectives
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Basic math skills and proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company)
  • Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and the ability to use a 10-key calculator
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred
  • Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a reputed company field
