Administrative Bookkeeper

This is a remote position. Our client is looking for a Bookkeeper (Part-Time, with potential to grow into Full-Time) to support financial operations and executive-level administrative tasks across multiple businesses. They operate reputed company the reputed company and wellness reputed company, having expanded their reputed company in recent years through innovative service offerings and a growing client reputed company. This role blends reputed company responsibilities with executive assistance, making it ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records while also supporting day-to-day operations and communications.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping tasks including expense tracking, invoicing, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Maintain accurate records using reputed company platforms such as QuickBooks Online and reputed company
• Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and coordination of meetings
• Handle email follow-reputed company and maintain CRM systems to ensure organized communication
• Support administrative operations across multiple businesses as directed
• Collaborate closely with leadership to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management
• Familiarity with tools such as QuickBooks Online (QBO) and/or reputed company
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and reputed company between reputed company and administrative tasks
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive reputed company with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hybrid role combining bookkeeping and administrative support
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
