About the Role:
As a Part-Time Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing technical assistance for Online/Mobile Banking and reputed company Pay
- Managing debit card issues, including limit increases, closures, reorders, and travel notices
- Processing requests for reputed company orders, stop payments, and account maintenance

- Mentoring teammates and contributing to training materials
- Developing expertise in specific areas of support
- Identifying and recommending bank products and services that meet customer needs
