Key Responsibilities:
As a Bilingual Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for:
- Assessing family eligibility for childcare financial assistance and subsidy programs
- Providing clear, culturally sensitive information about available childcare options and local providers
- Accurately entering and managing data in online systems to maintain reputed company and compliance
- Supporting families in navigating reputed company childcare systems with reputed company and professionalism
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure service quality and timely support
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Health and reputed company Services, Call Center, or Client Support role
