The Role

As a Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative – Spanish-English – Remote in Connecticut, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to connect with customers and reputed company them with personalized solutions to their needs. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing full lifecycle customer service and sales support to clients, including answering questions, resolving issues, and upselling/cross-selling products and services
