You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. As a Remote Support Agent, your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming customer emails and live chat messages using a browser dashboard

• Minimum commitment: 15 hours/week
