The Role
As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they've had a great experience with arenaflex. Your primary objective will be to follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage them to reputed company their experiences through online reviews. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
