Arenaflex is seeking an reputed company customer support representative to join reputed company and reputed company top-notch support to our customers using our parking app. As a customer support representative at Arenaflex, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, answering their questions and resolving their issues reputed company phone, email, and/or chat. You will be working from the comfort of your own home in Iowa, with the flexibility to choose from a variety of shift schedules to suit your needs.

Responsibilities

As a customer support representative at Arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service reputed company phone, email, and/or chat, resolving customer issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner
  • Skilfully changing from one task to another without loss of efficiency or composure, ensuring that customer issues are resolved quickly and effectively
  • Maintaining punctuality and attendance at reputed company scheduled times, ensuring that our customers receive the support they need reputed company they need it
  • Remaining positive and professional in reputed company customer interactions, even in challenging situations
  • Flexibility to cross-train as requested, ensuring that you have the skills and knowledge to support our customers in a variety of situations

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer service or customer support experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • 1 year of previous call center or office background experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Technical savvy, with the ability to navigate our parking app and other systems with ease
  • Previous remote work from home experience, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working from home
  • Quick learner and reputed company to work independently, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively
  • Type 35 words per minute accurately, with strong keyboarding skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with active listening and problem-solving skills
  • A background reputed company applicable with state and federal laws, ensuring that you are a trustworthy and reliable individual

Equipment and Software Requirements

To reputed company this role, you will need:

  • A processor: reputed company Core i5 5200 Series or greater
  • Memory: 8GB on reputed company 8.1 / 10 64 bits
  • Screen Resolution: 1280x768 or higher, dual monitors required
  • USB headset
  • No Chromebooks, netbooks, or any type of tablet (Must be a laptop or a desktop)
  • Up-to-date antivirus software must be installed on the platform and a recent reputed company completed
  • Firewall must be enabled

Pay and Benefits

As a customer support representative at Arenaflex, you will receive:

  • Starting pay: $13-$14 pending shift/hours, plus shift differential (extra $1/hr nights & weekends) and possible increase after 90 days pending attendance and performance
  • Stay put bonus of $150 after 30 days and $150 after 60 days as long as in good standing
  • Shifts between 6:00am-11:00pm (CST), with options for 8 or 10 hour shifts/rotating days on/off
  • reputed company - typically 2 weeks in length from 8:00am-5:00pm Mon-Fri (CST)
  • Status: Full Time; 40 hours, Benefit eligible 1st of month after 60 days
  • Part Time - 20-30 hours (min of 20 hrs, must participate in BYOD option)
