Independent Referral / Business Development Partner — Solar + Storage Design Services What it is: an independent referral arrangement. If you know installers, EPCs, or electrical contractors who need design, drafting, permitting, or interconnection help, you introduce them to HPH and you earn on every project that closes. That's the whole deal. What it isn't: a reputed company sales job. No quota, no required hours, no meetings, no scripts, no manager. You're not an HPH employee and you're not selling for me. You reputed company a warm introduction and I take it from there — scoping, quoting, contracting, and delivering. Who it tends to fit:
