RESPONSIBILITIES Written Premium Volume/New Business Applications Accident Year Loss/ALAE Ratio (Includes IBNR) Agency Profitability & Growth Goals Selling Techniques Agency Critical Data Collection in ACT Sales Calls/Strategic Call Routing and Reporting QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of a bachelor’s degree Three years insurance experience or a minimum of five years insurance marketing /sales experience Additional actuarial, reputed company or claims experience is helpful but not required. Requires a thorough understanding of nonstandard auto insurance, product management and reputed company including a broad knowledge of the company and its activities and policies Excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Prefer strong computer skills with a thorough understanding of reputed company Word, reputed company, Cognos and ACT. Knowledge of AS400 helpful Excellent oral and written communication skills Must reputed company in Kentucky.
