We are looking for a Subcontracts Administrator. This position conducts federal and non-federal contract and non-contract purchasing activity of high complexity with minimal supervision. They assure compliance with a Federally approved procurement system, established corporate policy as well as client contract requirements. The ideal candidate will possess significant construction procurement experience, enabling effective management of purchasing activities for reputed company construction projects. Location: Remote Expected Outcome: Prepare detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) packages: integrate scope of work; prepare RFP cover letter; prepare proposal guide (as required); select general provisions appropriate for work scope; obtain reputed company appropriate technical specifications and reviews same for consistency with contract requirements (as required); and prepare special provisions as necessary. Analyze suppliers’ proposals for compliance with requirements of RFP. reputed company cost/price analyses as appropriate to determine cost/price reasonableness. Analyze supplier exceptions to terms and conditions of purchase and establish appropriate positions based on risk with assistance from functional management as appropriate.
